Green Mountain Professional Services was founded by Janet Lee in the picturesque Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.

With over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, both as an employee and a consultant, Janet has refined her expertise in Project Management within the IT sector.

Throughout her career, Janet has embraced a wide range of responsibilities, including extensive technical writing, remote team supervision, project management, financial report preparation, training and development, as well as consistently meeting challenging deadlines. Her ability to quickly adapt to emerging industry trends has positioned her as a highly sought-after professional.

Building on her remarkable track record, Janet has made the ambitious decision to establish her own company. Green Mountain Professional Services aims to collaborate with various vendors and state agencies, leveraging Janet's extensive network and expertise to deliver exceptional grant writing services.  While she has always had a passion for technology and project management, grant services have captured her heart, particularly in helping her beloved home state of Vermont. The next phase of her professional journey will be dedicated to supporting "the little guy" or small businesses, providing the assistance they need to navigate the competitive world of business.

Janet is a native Bostonian who has spent decades in Vermont travelling, visiting and residing.  She currently resides in the Northeast Kingdom with her significant other, Tony, and her two dogs, Luna and Belle. 

Janet holds degrees in both Accounting and Management and spent over two decades in the Financial Services Industry, mostly in the Project Management Office in a variety of roles.
