Agriculture

We work with Ag businesses from all over Vermont that are looking to improve their current operations. This includes a lot of smaller, family farms that are looking to move to the next level with upgraded equipment, training, development, and improved documentation.  This may be accomplished through grants, project management or even technical assistance.

Housing

We work with several state agencies who fund both affordable housing and recovery housing.   We can help you to find the right funding as well as walk you through the grant application process.   When a grant is awarded we can assist with grant administration and project management.

Historic Preservation

We can help to identify funding through both private foundations and state or federal agencies.   If you need assistance to add your property on the historical register, we can assist with that too.  We can connect you with the appropriate resources and funding to ensure your project is a success.

First Responders

We work with a lot of volunteer fire departments, rescue squads and ambulance services with non- profit statuses. A primary focus will be any department that is in desperate need of basic life-saving equipment or personal devices to aid in rescue.

Outdoor Recreation

We work with towns and municipalities throughout Vermont looking to develop or enhance their outdoor recreation options.  This includes resident groups and town officials working to improve outdoor recreation options in their town. This may include things such as walking trails, outdoor exercise equipment, canoes, wayfinding among other ways to engage the community in a healthy manner.
